Spring Snow: The Acrostic Poem

Acrostic Poem

So April arrived, and so did the snow,
Pouring down on cars, trees, and home, but melting on the
Roads almost immediately.
It’s buried all the crocuses, under-
Neath four inches –
Glad I photographed them when I could.

Spring is such a mixed bag of
Nuts – Sunshine one day, sleet the next.
One has to wait, be patient for the day
When Summer wipes the cold ground green.
