Parking Suns: Reflections

I live in one of the river towns along the east bank of the Hudson River.  When the sun sets on the other side of the Hudson, the light bounces off objects on our side in striking (to my mind) ways.

I love the central post in this pic.  Ditto whatever that horizontal rectangle is in the bottom left corner.

The Sing Sing Kill.  (“Kill” is Dutch for “stream.”  You see the word a lot around New York and the Hudson Valley.)

This fishing shack is doubly lit:  directly from the sun, and again from light bouncing off the water.  It’s almost too much!
